This paper analyses Kannadasan\u2019s song from Aandavan Kattalai for lessons on leadership.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;&#8230;the purpose of this article is to explore the leadership perspective from Indian literature works such as from the re-known works of Poet Kannadasan. His literary work contains essential planks for leadership development in the Indian (Tamilan) context.&#8221;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>It uses Indian and Tamilian interchangeably. It argues that Kannadasan\u2019s approach is in line with eastern philosophy as \u2018against\u2019 modern western philosophy.
